The Center seeks to provide continued support in this approach to mediation for those who have completed the Intensive Mediation Training. In addition to Advanced Training Programs, we have supervision and peer groups. Supervision groups are organized to provide new trainees a chance to deepen and develop the Center's approach to mediation as they apply it in their mediation work. In addition, the Center supports the creation of peer groups for practicing mediators who wish to discuss issues that come up in their mediation cases.
