Registration Policy : Participants will be accepted in order of receipt of registration form with deposit, and preferences for attendance dates will be honored on a space-available basis. (Please note that recent programs have filled fairly early.)

Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks or more prior to the program, your payment will be refunded minus a $250 administrative fee (which may be applied against a future program). Less than 2 weeks (but more than one week) prior to the program, we will retain 50% of the total cost of the program (half of which may be applied against a future program). Please note that refunds are not made for cancellations within the last week prior to the program.

In the event we receive your deposit after registration for the program has been filled, we will apply your deposit against the next available Mediation Intensive Training, unless you request otherwise. We will confirm your reservation via letter as soon as you are placed in the program.

Class sizes are limited to facilitate individual learning. Due to the interdependent nature of the training, attendance at the entire program is necessary. If you have to miss any program time, please register for a later program.
